UPS : Flat fee of 25 €. Available for the following countries only:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands
Other countries: do not tick this box as the service is not available.
Please note : UPS deliveries require a telephone number.
Although this is often the custom in Germany, Smart City does not operate cash-on-delivery as a payment policy because it adds considerably to the cost of our sales. To keep costs low, Smart City kindly requests payment in advance. The company has an excellent track record of delivery and supply throughout the world. In case of problem, you can call us (see 6. )
3. One day prior to the shipment of the order, credit card payments are submitted by Smart City SA to the Luxembourg body, responsible for credit card processing in the Grand Duché of Luxembourg. (see )
4. Payments by cheques, shipments will only be made after payment is cleared and this process may delay your shipment by an additional 7 to 12 days.
5. In case of nonconformity, the products will be exchanged upon return. Only unopened boxes can be returned for exchange.
